1. Free Trial and Starter Tier
Clean AI offers a free Starter tier so that you can evaluate the compatibility of our tool with your specific bank statements and CSV files before making any financial commitment. We highly recommend utilizing the free tier to ensure our AI cleanly parses the bank formatting you deal with.
2. Pro Subscriptions
If you upgrade to the Pro plan, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you find that the tool does not meet your expectations or cannot properly parse your specific document formats within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund upon request.
3. Conditions for Refund
- The refund request must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- This policy applies to your first subscription payment only; it does not apply to subsequent monthly or annual renewals.
- Enterprise level or custom integration contracts are subject to the specific terms outlined in their respective agreements.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to alihaiderfinance.cfo@gmail.com with your account email address and a brief explanation of why the tool didn't work for you. We process refund requests within 3-5 business days.
Our payments are processed via our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Once the refund is approved on our end, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card or original payment method.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your account settings. Canceling your subscription will stop future recurring charges, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your currently paid billing period.
