1. Free Trial and Starter Tier
Clean AI offers a free Starter tier so that you can evaluate the tool with your specific bank statements and CSV files before making any financial commitment. We highly recommend utilizing the free tier first.
2. Pro Subscriptions
If you upgrade to the Pro plan, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If the tool does not meet your expectations within the first 14 days, we will issue a full refund upon request.
3. Conditions for Refund
- The refund request must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- This policy applies to your first subscription payment only; it does not apply to subsequent renewals.
- Enterprise contracts are subject to their respective agreement terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to alihaiderfinance.cfo@gmail.com with your account email and a brief explanation. We process requests within 3–5 business days.
Payments are processed via Paddle. Once approved, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
