- Transient Processing: Your uploaded PDF and CSV files are processed in memory during your active session. We use these files solely to generate structured data, dashboards, and exportable spreadsheets.
- No Deep Storage: We do not permanently store your raw bank statements. We process, categorize, and return the data directly to you in your session.
- AI Parsing: We use Large Language Models (LLMs) to intelligently categorize transactions. The data sent to these models is strictly for your immediate parsing request and is not used to train public models.

- Paddle: Serves as our Merchant of Record and handles secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card information.
- Streamlit / Hosting Providers: We use secure cloud hosting providers to run our data analytics application.
5. Data Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or financial information to third parties. We may only disclose data if necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or investigate fraud.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data stored with us. Since we do not permanently store your uploaded bank statements, downloading your parsed results effectively removes it from our active processing pipeline.
